All Silverwood Estate wines are handcrafted in small batches from grapes grown on our sustainably managed vineyards. Each vintage is produced with close attention to terroir, varietal expression, and traditional winemaking techniques, resulting in wines that are both elegant and distinctive in character.

Every bottle is vinified, aged, and bottled on-site at Silverwood Estate Winery to ensure complete quality control from vineyard to glass. Our winemaking philosophy prioritizes balance, purity of flavor, and a sense of place, allowing each varietal to express its natural personality without unnecessary intervention.

Silverwood wines may contain naturally occurring sediment over time — a sign of minimal filtration and gentle handling. All wines are vegan-friendly and contain sulfites, added only in the minimal amount necessary for freshness and protection.

For the ideal experience, we recommend storing wines horizontally in a cool, dark place and serving at the temperature suggested for each varietal.

All wine sales are final. Due to the nature of perishable goods and legal restrictions surrounding alcohol, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds based on personal taste preferences or change of mind.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@silverwoodestate.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly assist with a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.

Corked or faulty bottles may be eligible for replacement when reported within 30 days of purchase and with proof of purchase.

Silverwood Estate reserves the right to request the return of the remaining product for inspection.

Wine damaged by improper storage after delivery (including heat exposure, freezing, or oxidation) is not eligible for refund or replacement.

Shipping Information

Silverwood Estate Winery currently ships to select regions and jurisdictions where the sale and delivery of alcohol are legally permitted. Shipping availability and regulations may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.

All shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years or older at the time of delivery. Carriers cannot leave wine orders unattended. If an adult is not available to receive the shipment, redelivery fees may apply.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding holidays. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Extreme weather conditions (heat or freezing temperatures) may delay shipment to protect wine quality.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped. Silverwood Estate is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, missed delivery attempts, or carrier disruptions.
